Staying at this hotel was an absolute nightmare! While the lobby looked fancy, once we got in, everything went downhill. We paid for two rooms, but ended up only being able to check into one due to miscommunication and demanding additional fees. The staff was unresponsive and quite rude. Definitely not worth the money, as I ended up feeling ripped off and frustrated rather than relaxed.
